Dr Eric Yim, thank you! He is knowledgeable, professional and caring about patients. After the Invisalign treatment . My teeth are now well-aligned stably. I have a few wisdom teeth removals done by Dr Yim and was very impressed by his skills and professionalism. I decided if I opted for orthodontic treatment, Dr Eric Yim is the one I would consult. In the first consultation, Dr Eric Yim answered all my questions patiently, let me know what to expect at every step of the process . He checked the Invisalign aligners every time meticulously to make sure that they fit correctly and were as comfortable as possible. During the whole procedure, there were regular face-to-face check-ups for a close monitoring. The whole process was easy, convenient and comfortable. Now, I feel comfortable with chewing and speaking. My teeth not only looking great, but also playing nice, easier to floss and brush effectively. I also want to thanks for the clinic team, Avy, Elsa, Florence, Grace and Jade. They always provide wonderful services with friendly attitude which are amazing! Now I have confidence to show off my smile .

Dr Karen took a really good care of my wisdom teeth. I did it twice for both sides and I have to say she is the best. Filling and extraction under an hour (my wisdom teeth were ice cream cone so it was easier), she constantly checks up on me to see how I’m doing. Honestly I would say that’s the best teeth removal experience I’ve ever had.

I have always had unpleasant experiences with dentists and had developed anxiety when it came to dentists. Since seeing Dr. Liang and her team, I became more proactive with my dental visits and have kept up with my regular check ups and etc. She always made me feel at ease and answered all my questions with patience. Dr. Liang’s professionalism and her calm and kind demeanor gave me the courage to correct and to align my teeth. I have complete trust in Dr. Liang and now my whole family sees her.

I have a wonderful experience at Dr. Karen Liang’s dental clinic that I look forward to my next appointment. No words can describe how amazing the staff at Define Dental and the level of care I receive at every appointment is out of this world! I am so glad to have chosen Dr. Liang as my new family dentist after being discharged, or more like aged out, from Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre (Burnaby office) 4 years ago. I also wanted to thank the staff at Monarch Pediatric who introduced me to Dr. Liang and gave me her business card, and that’s how I found out about her dental clinic. I am so happy we found Dr. Karen Liang! She is an amazing dentist and took care of all of our dental needs! She is the best dentist and I highly recommend her and her practice to everyone. Her front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The assistants were great, too! It was such a great experience!
