She recommended specific blood tests that could provide valuable insight into multiple issues I had been struggling with. Honestly, the best medical appointment I've ever had! Mandy is amazing. She's reassuring yet frank, she's clinical yet friendly, she's just wonderful. She approaches her practice from a very personal place which makes it feel like you aren't on the journey on your own and makes her recommendations incredibly easy to trust. My appointment overran and she made no effort to rush me out and tended to all my questions. I just can't recommend or speak highly of her enough.

My sister found Mandy for me! I was distraught about hair loss… Mandy was amazing. She spent so much time explaining everything to me. She’s very warm and easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. It is hard to find expert help in the area of diagnosing and treating hair loss. Mandy is a wonderful resource!!! She will renew your faith in having great hair once again!!

I recently had a hair consultation with Mandy and would like to state to anyone that may be having hair loss problems to contact her. The time spent in the meeting was money well spent as Mandy’s knowledge on the subject was exemplary and the way she explained the problems were easy to understand. Not only that, Mandy didn’t try to sell me a load of products but simply gave me other options that I could explore. The following day, I received in detail a summary of our discussion and all the options that I could follow and personally will try two of those to start. Finally Mandy gave me the the tools to work with and I feel confident that improvement will take place. Thanks so much, Mandy

You will not regret it! After countless Google searches that left me confused and frustrated, I decided to book an appointment with Mandy to address my increase in shedding/hair fall. I am so glad that I did! Mandy really takes the time to listen to you and consider your individual situation before explaining your possible diagnosis. She will help you understand how this relates to her examination of your hair and scalp, and information you provided her about your hair history. She not only took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had, but she also provided detailed recommendations for treating my hair fall/loss, and emailed a summary of everything we discussed. I feel like I finally see the path forward and am much more optimistic about recovering from my likely TE. I also feel very relieved knowing that there are other options that can be explored later on down the road if need be. The bottom line is that Mandy genuinely cares about her clients and understands how distressing any amount of hair fall/loss can be for people. She also takes into account your unique hair history and considers so many different factors when providing feedback to you. Mandy is so knowledgeable and compassionate.
