I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I contacted them seeking urgent care for my cat, who was experiencing a concerning medical issue, and was refused service solely because they are not accepting new clients. I understand clinics can be busy, but basic compassion and responsibility should come first, especially when it comes to animal welfare. The clinic was empty when I walked in. At the very least, they could have provided advice or directed me to emergency resources. I would strongly caution other pet owners: do not rely on this clinic in urgent situations.

We are with Dr. Darla and the staff for the past ~6.5 years, since we had our puppy. They are always wonderful and professional. We go in for annual checkups and shots. Lately our puppy had to go through a surgery and we felt that her and we were amazingly being cared for in the most sensitive and professional way. We can't recommend Dawson Street Veterinary enough!

I used to bring my dog Waldo to this veterinarian when I lived in the neighbourhood. He was always treated kindly and gently. We moved to the Sunshine Coast about 2 years ago and so we had to find a new vet in the area.... But it just wasn't the same. Waldo recently passed away of kidney failure at the age of 11. I'd like to sincerely thank the team for their care.
