Absolutely phenomenal! This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in recent memory. I had originally just booked a standard 60 massage, but Sumito was doing such an amazing job isolating my problem areas that I actually asked to extend my session right in the middle of massage to 120 minutes. Sumito has a true gift—he was able to find and work out deep knots and pain points that most other RMTs completely miss or superficially address. He relieved so much built-up pressure, pain, and tightness that I literally couldn't leave without writing a review. If you need real relief, you have to book with him. I cannot recommend him enough.
Also need to set the right expectations for people coming to this place blind as many of the negative reviews are from people expecting something different. This is not a day spa. This is a spa service in a hotel with a limited space and you need to definitely set your expectations based on that.

I'm so conflicted after my afternnon at the "spa"
This was my birthday celebration with my 3 favorite ladies.
First off 2 out of 4 of us were 12 mins late so they told us we forgo our parafin, we had footlogix spa pedi there was 3 of 4 who wanted pedicures but the spa would only accommodate 2 people at a time, that was a suprise when we were booking the appointments but it made perfect sense when we got there. When you go into the hotel it is directly at the back of the lobby in the hotel ....it has no waiting room so your in the very busy, loud lobby, the entire spa is built for 2 at a time. It feels like a bed room and then the "spa" spaces are like 3 closets inside of this small bedroom with hardly anything in it. So only book 2 at a time or you will be disappointed. Before we could even begin it took them 6 minute to fill our "bucket" with cold water because the water in there was boiled and sooooo hot, it was such an awkward set up, no jets, they couldn't drain the water and rinse your legs if your less than 5ft 8inch like Me you won't be able to touch the water in the bucket, ridiculous. My other person had a different esthetician than me, the young blonde with glasses was my esthetician I forgot to ask for her name but she worked very hard to help me relax and I really appreciated her, the other esthetician was a much smaller dark haired woman who was working aggressively she did not have her tools ready and she was kind of distracted. my other person did not get a message on leg or feet, she didn't have a nice leg foot scrub and they left my other person ingrown toe and told her to "watch it " she was devastated and was still charged full price and for parafin we didn't get ..my other person will need another pedicure asap and I can guarantee they will never come back, after the pedi 2 of us went into the other closets for a Japanese head message again i had the same ladies who did my feet so she really tried to help me relax but it was so uncomfortable in there. They don't have proper recliners for the head spa so your made to awkwardly and painfully dangle your head off of a message table the "relaxing" music had to be turned up quite loud to drown out the noise from the lobby witch was not very relaxing I did enjoy the had spa but I will look for somewhere with a better set up, after my spa experience she offered me water, I excepted she gave me 1 oz of water in a paper shooter glass. If that wasn't enough we had issues with the payment and ended up having to get a big ole refund, very frustrating complicated, very noisy and not private at all. After everything I don't think we will be back even though I had a very good hard working esthetician.

I booked the spa experience package and it was absolutely amazing. It included a 45-minute massage, and from the moment I walked into the room I felt relaxed. A beautiful floral aroma filled the space, and as soon as I settled onto the massage table, I instantly began to unwind. The massage was expertly done, and I appreciated that she asked about my preferred pressure level to ensure comfort.
Next was the 45-minute facial, which was great for my skin. One of my favorite moments was the refreshing mango mist sprayed on my face—it was heavenly. She finished with a scalp massage, something I usually decline, but everything had been done so well that I was happy to enjoy it. Overall, the experience was incredibly relaxing and beautifully executed.

First time at this salon. Booked 45 mins Organic body scrub and express spa facial with Isabella. Service was “good”.
Coldest day of the season and my car battery died. Called to see if I could rebook under the circumstances. Was told I would be charged 50% and then charged the full amount on the day of the rebook. Had to run around to get a boost just to make the appointment no compromise or understanding. The body scrub didn’t include my mid drift (stomach area). I felt like I was at the mall getting a makeover and only getting half my face done. Had to leave the salon walk through the lobby of hotel to go to the showers. The towel that was given to me, appeared to be dirty, when I showed Isabella, she reassured me that it was clean. I recommend throwing out the towel when it doesn’t come out clean. (See photos). As a saying goes, you get what you pay for, however I feel I didn’t get what I paid for. If management wants my business they’ll have to discount my next service 50%…thats if I decide to go back.
