I have been going to D's Nails every two weeks for many years. They always accomodate me and when I walk in it feels like family. Don and his staff are top notch and provide wonderful service. I was in the salon today when their internet & card machine were down, you could also tell because they normally have music & television on but the internet was not working. The staff told me about the situation which also happens at other establishments and it is out of their control. They felt terrible and asked me very nicely if I could go to the bank macine next door or e-transfer the payment for my services. I gladly went next door to get cash it was very convenient and did not put me out at all. Keep up the great customer care, you all work so hard and it is appreciated xo

I had called last minute on a Friday evening and they were able to accommodate me. The nail tech that served me was Zoey. Very sweet lady and she took her time and did a phenomenal job! I have never had better nails! She was so attentive to details and asked me multiple times throughout the process if I was happy with the way things were looking. Highly recommend!

JAYDEN did an amazing job building me this custom set of nails! i had 3 different inspo pics and he put them all together to seamlessly! i cannot recommend him enough!

Amazing staff, brand new chairs, endless colours, pedicure is relaxing and stays on for weeks. The Best pedicure in town and the girls are so good at what they do. It's good to book an appointment by phone or walk in and ask for the estimated wait time, usually they're great with getting you in right away. Thanks for your excellent service. April 27th Jayden just did a fabulous job on a full set of Acrylic nails with advanced art styling, pays attention to details, perfect shape, polite and professional! I have given this salon ample opportunity to get a better rating, but every experience is worse than the last. Today, I went to get a pedicure. This is the first time I didn’t get the bottoms of my feet filed. The whole part of a pedicure is to file off any hard or callused areas, make the skin soft and fresh. I got my feet brushed, that was it. If I went to another salon right now, they’d never know I just had a pedicure. This salon is more interested in shoving people out the door, there is no quality control and very little attention to detail. Just 2 days before, I had a fill done on my acrylic nails there $85. Again, the person doing the work, is rushing through as fast as they can. Sloppy work. The acrylic doesn’t cover the whole nail, a day later and 4 of my nails have the edges lifting, they don’t even clean the polish off that they get on your skin. I paid extra for a chrome effect over white, it’s called Unicorn, and really looks nice. So I wanted my toes to match. They don’t! First, he wasn’t even using white, until I stopped him. He changed to white, but only one coat. If you’ve ever had white, you know it takes 2-3 coats to cover properly. When I complained, he insisted it looked the same as my finger nails. It doesn’t! I paid $85 for a pedicure and got a foot bath and a garbage premium chrome effect. This is the last time I’ll give these people my business. The salon looks beautiful and professional, but I have yet to achieve anything resembling “quality” there. It’s nothing more than a cattle call..get them in and out as fast as you can, and charge a ridiculous price for mediocre work. If nothing else, it’s taught me to speak up. I felt shoved out the door and I didn’t want to make a scene, but in the end, I’m upset because I didn’t get what I clearly asked for. I feel taken advantage of. Never again!
