Kept forgottin to write a review! What an awesome crew, top to bottom. Estimate was done quickly, and the guys walked me through it. Has to delay the project due to an issue on my end, but as soon as I was good to go they got to work. Even amidst the original project manager going on vacation, the rest of the team picked up the slack and didn't skip a beat. The electrician was very knowledgeable and walked me through every decision to be made, giving me multiple options and highlighting best practices. Everything was done under a very reasonable price. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

I recently had Dcom energy install a solar system on my residence with the project completed in early June 2024. Prior to engaging with Dcom energy I had contacted multiple solar installation companies in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Calgary. All of the companies I had been in contact with indicated to me that the largest solar system I could possibly have on my residence would be 4Kwh or less. No company was willing to seek a larger system because they wanted to "maintain a good relationship with the utility providers". After contacting Dcom I had learned that they were happy to apply for a larger system because they fully understood the applications process in Lethbridge and found data that would benefit my application process. Long story short I ended up getting a 5.7kWh system when companies like Energysmart quoted me at 3.7Kwh system and would not pursue a larger system indicating that they knew I would not get a larger system. In addition dcom quoted me a price thousands of dollars less than all of the other companies. I am very happy that I did go with Dcom as they were very professional and answered all of my questions along the way. I was able to get my system installed within 3 months of starting the process when other companies quoted me at 6 months to the start of installations. DCOM was able to help me along with the Canada greener homes grant process and loan application. Another incredible benefit of using DCOM was that they did not require me to pay the full cost of the system until the government loan was deposited into my bank account. Every single other company required me to pay the balance within a week of installation which would mean that you may need to acquire a loan from a third party before your Canada loan is approved and deposited (can take 2-3 weeks post installation). This meant that I did not have to use a third party loan provider and paid no interest on my funds while waiting for the Canada loan funds. Dcom did not apply any pressure to me while waiting for the loan funds and it was a very smooth transition of funds. Overall DCOm was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. All employees were DCOM employees and certified electricians and there was no outsource contracting. Workmanship was excellent and the panels function and look great. All workers respected my property and understood that I had small pets that I did not want to get out of the residence while they came in and out of the house. I would recommend DCOM to anyone that is wanting to have a solar system installed on their residence.

Had DCom do a panel upgrade and install 2 level 2 EV chargers. I cannot say enough good things about them and will definitely use them again. The work is second to none and every step was super straightforward and easy. Tim was wonderful to deal with!

Put solar on my house and got everything through D-Com. They were so great to deal with and highly recommend them to anyone I know.
