Called yesterday when my partner and I had accidentally locked are selves out of our apartment, The guy on the phone was pretty rude and kept asking me why I’m calling him and not my land lord. I asked for a price and estimate time his response was “well I just told you we’re only open another 40 minutes (although website says 24/7) and wanted to upcharge me 100$ just because I had to use debit/etransfer. (250$ total).

He told me he was going to try to lock pick it and if not he would let me know might have to drill it. Ended up drilling it without asking AND he went in my place when i told him not to cause of COVID going around and my wife has health issues. Would NEVER hire him very untruest worthy.
