Was great switching to this vet clinic no doubt. The staff was excellent, very friendly and the vet we got was awesome with my maggie she loved him and he spoiled her with some treats as well. Also love the fund they have going for services needed for those like myself that may have low income and in need of help with bet cots for our fur babies 🐾

January 28/2025 marks one year since my best friend passed away. She was 6 days shy of being 19 years old. She was an amazing little girl. I want to thank everyone that helped and was there that day when she had to be laid to rest. It was an emergency first thing in the morning and they took us in with no hesitation. They were kind, compassionate and very gentle with my little angel. Everything was done in a special room that was set up so nice for the procedure. It added a little piece of mind that everything was going to be okay. You guys are amazing. Every year on this day you will get a donation from me for the Angel Care Fund so that some others can have a piece of mind that their pets will get the best care needed. Thank you very much.

Very disappointed and discouraged by the after-hours care I received. Several statements made during my visit left me feeling uneasy, unsupported, and honestly shocked: When I first phoned, I was told the vet had only performed this surgery once and that the dog didn't survive — followed by, “so you better bring your dog in.” Upon arrival, the very first question I was asked was, “What’s your budget for today?” During the exam, I was told, “I’m not an ultrasound tech and don’t really know what I’m looking for.” I was also told, “If money isn’t an object and you want the best care, then you should go to Calgary.” “Sometimes I’m nice so I won’t charge if you come back." …and other concerning comments. When I later received a follow-up call from the Office, I was met with passive-aggressive remarks rather than compassion or an apology. I was simply told that the vet had been “spoken to” and that “everyone has to learn,” followed by a thank-you for my feedback. Overall, this experience left me feeling unheard and dismissed during an already stressful situation. My hope in sharing this is to encourage better communication, professionalism, and empathy for pet owners seeking urgent care.

Last December my family had an emergency with my ferret. Things escalated very quickly and before he could get in for his emergency surgery he ended up passing away. When I came in to then discuss the cremation process I couldn't stop crying and one of the nicest ladies came and gave me the biggest hug. I also more recently went in to get my cat neuter through the SNAP program. They did an amazing job with him and the surgery. No issues, answered all questions and concerns. My number 1 vet to recommend to people.

Excellent service, if Duke was ill, Injured or we needed advice they were super quick at getting him seen. Also Debbie is a pro at travel paperwork. Well done team and thank you
