Darren came by from Cyclone and listened to my concerns, fixed the issues and followed up with their office to have another hvac member come to complete my other issues. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to see the jobs completed thoroughly. I will call Cyclone again.

At 1052 am Wednesday December 3 2025, I was driving on highway two, unit 131 was driving slow in the left lane on highway 2 so I went to the middle lane to pass. The man in the truck gave me the bird and started waving his hands in the air gesturing towards me. Kept giving us the bird for a good solid 30 seconds while behind us. I would not recommend hiring a company who has arrogant, unprofessional people driving around in moving billboards flipping off other drivers. You want someone like that inside your home or business? What if he starts flipping off your customers or family members because they do something that he doesn’t like. I know I wouldn’t… it’s an Extremely bad company image!

We had a problem with our furnace and called Cyclone. We live 45 minutes out of town. They sent a.tech out quite quickly and he did a fantastic job. Cory was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem very professionally. He even made some suggestions to make our furnace more efficient. We got him to do the venting work and it's been perfect. Thank you Cory. We also had a.problem with our AC and again they sent someone out very quickly. It took a bit of time to diagnose the very weird problem but once he did get it figured out, t was fixed super quick and working fantastic ever since. Thank you Cyclone. You never disappoint. Will always be our first call.

Our furnace kicked the bucket, and our friends highly recommended Cyclone. We got a few quotes from other companies, but the heating manager from Cyclone stood out right away, he explained all our options clearly and never made us feel rushed. From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with this company. After the installation, they took the time to walk us through our new unit and answer every question. The price and service were both absolutely five-star!
