Top reviews from me for Jon and his team at Custom Touch. Right from the start, through the estimation process to the amazing job they did on our truck. Scope of work included the replacement of a rear fender plagued with flaking paint and the resulting rust spots in the fenderwell, fixing up a rock chipped end gate and then the primary reason of my inquiry the smooth coat color matched body liner on my rocker panels and fenders so they don’t get chipped up again. Thanks for making an old truck look new again Jon, you would never know it has 240000 on the odometer. I would highly recommend Custom Touch.

I would steer clear of here. After they had my truck for almost 5 months (and many extensions on the completion date), I finally received it back, but with issues and I had to go back multiple times for them to be fixed. Due to parts being installed incorrectly, the truck self destructed a few months later and luckily had to be taken to another closer dodge dealer where the insurance company had it re-inspected and evaluated. Upon inspection, it was found that the truck was still 2 inches shorter that it should have been. It was later revealed that it was because the front frame was still bent, and the fit up had been hammered to make it fit and then hidden. The more parts that came off, the worse it got. They had left damaged parts and even though they charged the insurance for them, they only hammered and bent them back and buried them, which would have gone unnoticed except for the later catastrophic failure of the fan and rad. There is much more to add, but you get the point. They sound great on the phone, but the "finished" product is absolutely terrible. KEEP SHOPPING AROUND. Update to reply: The custom bumper was one of the first parts that was ready and was expedited by bulletproof bumpers out of Red deer who do fantastic work and really pulled through when it was needed... The insurance approvals were done quickly and we never waited on the insurance company once... The part shortages were just an excuse because when I was told multiple times they were waiting on a hood from Toronto, I made one phone call to Londonderry Dodge in Edmonton. They had one there waiting and it was delivered the next day. Thankfully I took matters into my own hands and made the call myself or who knows how long I would have continued to wait. I do appreciate you reaching out to me to figure out what went wrong, but that does nothing to help my situation. As I do understand you have made a few changes there, this was still my experience which you now know very well. It not only cost me down time but lost wages as well, and trying to diminish it by making silly excuses is exactly why I didn't remove this review as you requested. Others should know my experience and be able to make up their own mind before picking a service provider.

They were super amazing. Able to get me in right away, very affordable and accommodating. Both the guys that I met were super sweet. If you want good customer service, this is the place to go.

In my line of work, I deal with body shop repairs often. I would definitely recommend Custom Touch. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He communicated clearly, and made things easy for us by arranging towing. Completed repairs to our expectations and within a reasonable timeframe.
