Came in for a pedicure with my gf and had such a great time. The staff was welcoming and the service was very relaxing. The store could probably use some renovations, but it's a nice visit after all.

I paid over $80 for a gel pedicure, and by the very next morning the gel polish had already started peeling completely off my toes. I’ve been getting gel pedicures for years and have never had this happen. I called the salon to explain the issue, and they initially told me they could fix it if I came back in. I let them know I was a few hours away and wouldn’t be able to return anytime soon. When I asked about a refund, I was told they could only refund $15 (the gel charge), despite the fact that the service clearly was not done properly. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The person I was speaking to told me she needed to speak to the manager about the refund, then immediately claimed she was the manager when I asked to speak to them. The conversation became unprofessional, and she eventually hung up on me and blocked my number. When I called back from another number to calmly resolve the issue, she admitted she had blocked me and threatened to block that number as well. And proceeded to hang up again. While I was at the salon during my original appointment, another client came in to have her gel toes fixed for the same issue. So it’s concerning to hear them describe this as “very rare.” Mistakes happen — but customer service and accountability matter. Instead of taking responsibility for a poorly done service, I was offered a partial refund that doesn’t reflect the inconvenience or the quality of work, and then was treated disrespectfully. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I'm not a nail type of person but this is the worst one. Went got a pedicure but had my skin cut a couple times. Also was planning to get my nails painted but instead ended up with acrylic and they didn't really let me decide what I wanted but proceeded with gluing the nails on my fingers and also had glue on my finger tips! I am not happy with the air bubbles in the acrylic either! Never again going back. 🙄 such a terrible place and terrible service!!

Nina and her team are incredible! Quality nails and soooo speedy ! Ive never had a bad set of nails there and we drive an hour to see them.

I’m only giving this place 1 star so the review posts. To start, me and 2 of my friends has phoned ahead and they said the could accommodate 3 people at 4:45. We get here and are asked to wait. We are all taken at different times up to 15 minutes after we got here. After being sat down and the service started, all of our nail techs had been replaced with someone else (don’t know why, and found that super unprofessional). Before asking me what I wanted she immediately began taking off my old set and when she reached for the acrylic I asked for gel (what I’ve had on my nails for the last 6 months) and was told they don’t do gel?! I then asked why they advertise they do gel, was ignored and said that acrylic is better for your nail (which is a lie, I phoned my friend who is a nail tech). I found the girl who took over my service to be rude and really aggressive while doing my nails. I was charged 69$ for a fill too!! I will never be coming back to this place. So unprofessional and unpleasant!
