Excellent experience all around. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with and really went above and beyond. The work is perfect, you'd never be able to tell where the damage was. And my truck came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done!

I have been dealing with West End for the better part of 25 years and have to say that we have been 100% happy with the overall service and quality of the repairs that have made to our various vehicles. Our most recent use of their help involved identifying the likely cause of the damage to our vehicle, negotiations with ICBC, and coordination of the technical/computer repairs with another service provider. A big 'Thank You' to Jeff and the whole team, particularly to Dave, for expediting the safety repairs to our vehicle.
