I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CSN Collision warrants one. To be clear, the quality of the repair work itself was acceptable. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The repair timeline was unnecessarily prolonged in a way that felt deliberate, as though the priority was maximizing billable hours to the insurance company rather than completing the job efficiently or transparently. Communication throughout the process was poor, timelines shifted without justification, and explanations, if and when offered at all, were vague and defensive. My interactions with Jeff were particularly disappointing. He was consistently argumentative, an exceptionally poor listener, and seemingly incapable of accepting accountability for anything under his control. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, conversations felt confrontational and dismissive, leaving the clear impression that customer input was an inconvenience rather than something to be respected. Trust is essential when dealing with collision repair and insurance-related work. Unfortunately, this experience eroded that trust entirely. While the end result on the vehicle may look fine, the process to get there was frustrating, drawn-out, and unnecessarily adversarial. I would strongly caution others to consider not just the final repair, but the overall experience, because in this case, it was deeply unpleasant and avoidable. Update: In speaking with a a few local dealerships during the repair process, I learned something very concerning. It is common practice in the industry to reuse parts, either at request of the insurance companies, or by the shop themselves. Great idea right? Yes, except when the shop orders replacement parts, only to reuse parts, finish the repair, return the ordered parts and keep the proceeds. Shady

Recommending CSN St Clair Auto, to anyone in Lambton County, or surrounding areas . In my case my car was brought in for assesment for insurance purposes. The staff is friendly, extremely reliable , knowledgeable and professional . They included keeping me up to date with all updates ,progress and explainations regarding diagnostics, a really great team working within .

I was very happy with the repairs CSN did for me! They fixed my truck beautifully, were easy to work with and even cleaned the inside! It was like getting my truck brand new again :) Excellent work! If I could give 6 stars I would.
