I had a really positive experience at CSN reliable. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and friendly In terms of customer relations. I took my 2021 Dodge Challenger to them to have some dents fixed and they did a great job! They also ordered me a new fender, which is 10 times better than the old one. I would definitely recommend CSN reliable.

The work that was done looks amazing. I ran across 1 issue that I felt csn should have advocated on my behalf with icbc. There was a delayed start due to icbc and i needed the car rental longer than originally anticipated. The administrative staff made me feel like it was my issue to deal with. Even though my vehicle was stuck in their shop. I ended up getting the issue sorted out myself. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful.

I called around locally to all the other shops, I decided to go with CSN because they were very up front about the process and timelines while offering so fantastic information and insight. Very transparent and quality work. Made the whole process effortless on my end.

Wow, the folks at Reliable Auto Body sure know their jobs - they made the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired an easy go. Reliable has knowledgeable, competent, friendly, staff who cheerfully explain everything in understandable language. There was nothing hidden, no surprises, and the work their technicians did was perfect. A friend recommended this shop to me, he said go with them, they are Reliable!

Top tier service and staff!!! I brought my 2025 EV Mitsubishi outlander in after hitting a deer. They got me in within a reasonable timeframe and loaned me a courtesy car while I was without my suv. I picked my SUV back up yesterday and it looks brand new! They did a phenomenal job and were extremely helpful! I can’t recommend them enough and have been telling all my friends and family to be sure to use them! Thank you so much to all of the staff for your amazing top notch service!!
