Huge thank you to CSN Grande Prairie South for taking such good care of my vehicle. They were friendly, quick, and kept everything stress-free. The repair looks fantastic! I really appreciate the effort and customer service I almost cried how nice they cleaned it for me as a mother of two I appreciated it so much .

After being in a minor car accident I brought my vehicle to them to get repaired. The car looks new again and they even detailed the interior which was a pleasant surprise. Only thing I wish was that they communicated a little better about the status of my vehicle. When I initially dropped it off they said it would take 6 business days to repair. The days came and went and I didn’t hear anything. I waited an extra day or two before calling them to get an update and they said they were waiting on some part and that it would be the end of the following week. Not a big deal. Again, the next week came and went and I heard nothing. After waiting another couple days I phoned again and they again said they were waiting for some part and it would be the next week. I didn’t mind having to wait for the parts, I understand they had no control over that. It just would have been nice if someone could have phoned to update me that it was going to be longer than expected instead of me having to repeatedly phone them to see when I’d get my vehicle back. All in all not a bad experience.

Great service. The girls were able to get my truck in for the work inspite of in the scheduling. I was able to have the work completed while I was away, so there was no interruption in my work. The shop detailed with inside front and washed the outside! The body work is excellent quality and the warranty.

I had my car repaired at this body shop in 2022, it was January and I had smashed up the front end of my vehicle. My insurance company sent me to Herbers. At this time they were under a different owner, it honestly was a very stressful experience since it took them 8 months to get my car back together, during that time they went through about 5 different managers who when each would come in had no clue what was going on with my vehicle. I was truly dissatisfied and at the time of getting my car back after 8 months (August) I never wanted to see them again. Fast forward to 2024, I hit a deer on the driver's side requiring a whole new bumper. When the second body shop took the vehicle apart they found a botched washer pump install with electrical tape holding the wires in place which over time corroded and my washer pump failed. I was faced with paying over $400 out of pocket and then I remembered the insurance warranty claim and reached out hesitantly to Herbers about having it repaired. To my complete surprise and delight they assured me they were now under new ownership and managers and staff! BONUS! Ok I'll give them a chance...let me tell you I'm so pleased I gave them a chance.... This story ends happily, they fixed all the issues from the previous time the car had been in, they did it all very quickly and they footed the bill for the rental. Long story short, Herbers has made everything right for myself and my family. I am VERY impressed 👍🏻 They threw in a complimentary interior and exterior detail and it looks brand spanking new again. Thanks Herbers. 5 STARS!!! PS. The food stains from the kids on the seat being gone was the best surprise a busy mom could receive.

Herbers Grande Prairie has great customer service and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle after being rear ended and slammed into the back of a school bus. They surprised me by having my car interior cleaned as well, with all the stuff I had accumulate and procrastinated dealing with nicely stacked in the back hatch for me. Was a great surprise and my car was looking nearly brand new when I picked it up! (Sorry to whoever cleaned the interior, it was a mess in there!)
