They kept myself and insurance informed at all stages. They did an excellent job and the staff letting me know what was happening were very helpful. The manager covered my rental the last few days as the job as it went well over the time to be finished, I was extremely grateful as it had been a stressful experience hitting a deer. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you to all staff involved

Beautifully done! CSN were so easy to deal with. They had excellent communication and made the entire process stress free. After the stress of dealing with a hit and run it was such a relief to have them handle the rest of the process. They dealt with updating my insurance as well as my rental company so I didn’t have to lift a finger the whole time they had possession of my vehicle. It came back to me in excellent condition, and was even detailed inside which was a lovely little surprise. :) highly recommend
