CSN Franks is quick, reliable, friendly, and efficient. The work they do is amazing and if it isn’t up to your standard they fix it right away no questions asked. I travel from out of town to specifically deal with these guys and in my hometown I have several collision options available and I’ll deal with these guys everytime! They did an amazing job with my Toyota. They even cleaned it inside a out. Looked better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend Franks!

Franks repaired my 2022 tacoma. 3 seperate damage claims. They did a excellent job. They also finished ahead of schedule and had it shining like new. I am very happy and will recommened Franks to anyone needing repair work done. Thank you

Great service, took my truck in for a pretty nasty repair and the service was great. Very freindly knowledgeable staff, and they finish almost 2 weeks ahead of schedulle. The work is top notch.

My experience at Frank’s was excellent right from my first encounter. They were recommended for assessment by my mechanic and that initial encounter was professional and informative. The process they told me to follow, as it was an ICBC claim, was accurate and confirmed by ICBC. The work was excellent. The rental car company Franks used was great. The only minor thing was a lack of communicating information surrounding the rental car that was arranged and getting information ahead of time on how that works. Very minor though. Highly recommend Franks.
