I have heard of the work these people do and I know that it's positive. Finding the parts needed for the job is a challenge today. They did manage to locate what was needed. When I got in my truck it felt great. I even noticed my drivers side window closes better than it did before. I love my truck and I'm proud to have it back. Thanks to everyone who was helping. Great job.

Neil was great! They did a great job working with me and what I needed. Insurance claim for two broken windows and scratched interior. They are the definition of under promise and over deliver!

Every person I dealt with at Darv’s was extremely knowledgable, friendly, helpful and professional. They didn't hesitate to take the time and answer all of my questions. The work done on my truck is perfect and all aspects of the repair were made very easy for me as a customer. Highly recommend!

I’ve owned my 23’ Rebel for almost 3 years now. I finally decided to personalize it a little bit. I looked around and decided on Darv’s as they were the only ones to reply quickly and asked me to bring it in on a Monday. I had them black out the skid plate as it was originally grey. It came out perfect and matched the colour of the bumper. I then finished it with blacking out the RAM letters and picking up a new set of rims. Thank you Darv’s for helping to personalize my truck!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DARV’S AUTO SHOP – THEY WILL RUIN IT This place is an absolute joke. I brought my car in for repairs, and when I got it back, it had a scratch on the front bumper THEY JUST FIXED. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my windshield was scratched beyond belief. How do you even manage to scratch a windshield like that? My car is practically brand new, and I’ve never used anything other than my sleeve to clear snow. When I confronted them about the damage, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they gave me some pathetic excuse about it being “against their policy” and claimed their employees didn’t do it. Of course, they’d deny it—no one wants to admit they screwed up. I tried to fix the scratches myself with cerium oxide, but the damage is way too deep. These people have no clue what they’re doing. Their work is sloppy, their attention to detail is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers’ property. If you value your car, take it ANYWHERE else. This place doesn’t deserve your business. They’ll mess up your vehicle and then act like it’s your problem. Total disrespect for their customers. UPDATE COUPLE DAYS LATER found out my windshield is 2k talk to both shop foreman and Neil both aren’t taking responsibility. Neil when I brought up bringing it to the higher ups then said “do what u gotta do”… real mature way of handling it.
