The service was outstanding. They made sure everything was pristine before giving me my vehicle back. When parts were delayed, I was informed right away. They were on top of everything. Extra bonus was the quick detailing they gave my cab before I picked it up.

Ladies at the desk are great especially the one I dealt with directly she was a gem. when I asked for updates on my car they were super quick to reply and make sure all was good. My polish looked so good when I picked it up im so thankful they did a great job and only waited about a week!

I’m extremely disappointed with their service. While driving back to Regina from Edmonton, I got into a collision and had to leave my car in Lloydminster for repairs. It ended up taking three months to get my car back. Each time I followed up, they blamed the delay on incorrectly delivered parts, claiming that Subaru hadn’t properly updated parts info for car’s VIN. Despite the delay, I would have been willing to overlook it and leave a five-star review if they had at least delivered my car with all the repairs properly completed. paint job was fine, they were supposed to replace my headlights with OEM parts. However, the brand-new OEM headlights were simply left in my car, still in their packaging, without being installed. I drove back to Regina, only to realize my headlights are out I emailed them the next day but received no response. They ignored my message until I called them directly. A week later, they finally responded with an excuse, claiming that my car supposedly had a special aftermarket computer board in the headlight, which prevented them from replacing the damaged ones. Regardless of the issue, they had a responsibility to inform me when I picked up the car. Leaving it in that condition for delivery is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
