Awesome, as always...great service & friendly!! One of the original salons in Kelowna. Went here for years...then after a lengthy work related pause, and trying 3 other places in 2 years, I came back here. No need to go elsewhere. Great pedis& gel nails at great prices!! Happy customer forever!

I see Kayla for sculpted nails with gel overlay and I am always happy with my nails. I have been seeing her for 5 years and counting. She is consistent, warmly accommodating, and has exceptional attention to detail which I really appreciate. I refer anyone looking for a nail technician to her. She is a gem. And the pedicure massage chairs are amazing, love those chairs. I always leave feeling great :)

Where do I start. From the minute that I walk in, the team at Crystal Nails is welcoming and friendly. They are very kind and you can show them a picture of what you would like or explain and they will do just that. If they can’t they will let you know. I appreciate their honesty and friendly personalities. They have the best massage chairs and their place is extremely modern and gorgeous. They. Have a beautiful selection of colours to choose from and the best massage chairs. I already said that but it is true 😍😍😍😍🙌🙌🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

**EDIT** Spoke with Vivian today who invited me back in to redo my nails, and they are beautiful. Thank you for having such great/funny stories that you shared with me!! Added in my new nails 😊 Pics below are what I asked for and what I got **edit-and now new nails at the end** Been going here for the past 3-4 years and never been unhappy with my nails. This time I went in as a walk-in and when I showed a pic of what I wanted. The whole time I was thinking I don’t think they are experienced enough (this person is amazing with pedicures btw) for nails. The colours used were wrong and I mentioned it and all they did was cover it up with something else. The French tip is so poorly done. Basically looks like I did these nails at home myself. I was there on my lunch hour which I have done for the 3-4 years I’ve been going with no issue and this time I was there for over 2 hours so ended up having to use vacation time to cover the extra 1+ I was at the nail salon. I was clearly upset and voiced it and was not offered anything, I was hoping the owner would invite me in to get them redone at least, I instead paid full price and left super unhappy. I reached out to the owner the next day explaining everything in email (the email provided on the website) and still gotten no response. Clearly shows there is no care for their clients. Sad that I have to pay somewhere else to get my nails redone and be I. The search for a new salon as they have lost my regular business over this.
