To what I hear from family , is if your going to get a personal trainer or the person who is signing you up , be sure to get more information , the person was able to get my cousin to sign an agreement after she mentioned she wanted too but couldn’t due to budget and she didn’t want to start drowning in debt. Then when she tried to cancel the person he/she kept trying to keep her from canceling and saying there was a 10 day period prior to canceling but by then it would have been too late. State law (Tx) says (3days) not (10days) that’s where they get you ! I see and understand how she felt cause at one moment in my life I wanted to do personal training but couldn’t due to money issues as well but I didn’t sign no contract or agreement before I knew I had the money then when I got to I had an awesome trainer . But overall the way it was handled shouldn’t had been so difficult, they could of just simply say “we’re sorry that you can’t right now but hope in the future you can “ instead of saying” soooo what is the next step to your plan what you want to do , how can we proceed with your training “ . Get it got it it’s your money and that’s your client that your recieving , but feeling not understood in a situation like that it’s smh . However overall I hear is an awesome gym and staff is wonderful despite a few !

TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE! They charge me monthly of $23 and I don't even go there and practice. I stay out in California. I came and ask to cancel, but they say no you need to keep this 3 months according to the agreement. The agreement did not even say anything like that. When we agreed to sign on, they tried the tactic of $1 a month, first month free but they never opened for you to practice, but it still counts on from the date you sign agreement. So, technically you don not have 3 months but they are so eager to charge you the yearly fee. The staff will always tried to talk over you and try to say "according to the agreement". Come on man! I will post the agreement here for you to watch. There is nothing in the agreement saying about charge clauses. That is basically unethical business when you tried to lure someone to give you credit card information and make it so hard for them to cancel. I also donot receive email notice before the charge so technically you dont know they are going to charge you. They will say its auto renewal just like other subscription based companies, but come on, the subscription based companies/ services I used all of them send me at least 3 days notice before the actual charge dropped. Also in the Agreement, if you read the final line it will say "I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I MAY BE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE" . So you sign up on the phone, they get your data and charge you, then have you sign this so be careful. I am going to dispute the transaction if you do not drop the credit charge on my account. I have full legal right to do so and I believe your business practice is unlawful. To the one that is coming there, read carefully and make sure they follow what they said. What they said is different to what you will receive. I am sure. TOTAL SCAM!

Crunch Fitness has been a good fit for me so far. I mainly come in for the weight area, and the equipment stays in solid condition with plenty of options for whatever workout I’m doing. I’ve tried the HITZone a couple of times and I’m planning to start using it more — it’s a good setup for conditioning and quick, high‑intensity work. One thing I really like is the Relax & Recover room. The infrared sauna, HydroMassage, and CryoLounge give me a nice way to wind down after lifting. Everything is easy to use, and it makes the whole gym experience feel more complete. Overall, the gym stays clean, the atmosphere is relaxed but motivating, and it’s been a smooth place to get my workouts in without any hassle.

Rizvy was great. Love the gym. Environment is clean & organized. They have everything you need. Definitely recommend for at least a tour. Also want to personally say Thank You to Rizvy for affirming my experience as well as an ally as I am a Transman. I was a bit iffy due to the current laws but he was very respectful & affirmative of my identity & I really appreciate that. 💯

I was skeptical about this gym at first, but it truly has everything you could possibly need. It does get busy, but waiting for a machine is never an issue because there are so many options. The crowd is honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a gym. I’m excited to check out the surrounding locations next! The only downside is the music. It can be hard to hear your own playlist even with noise-canceling headphones. I guess I can understand, with the gyms layout. It has been a little better over the last couple of days, though, except for this late morning. I am now torn on making this my home gym. Please cut music down 2 notches lol.
