I am really happy with this gym for the money it is worth it. This is a high traffic gym- so things aren't perfectly pristine but the staff is very attentive and kind and I haven't experienced any broken machines, weights, or other equipment, so things must get fixed fast. Locker rooms have the basics- plenty of lockers where you can bring your own lock, mirrors, 2 showers, and bathrooms. The people who attend the gym seem to be kind and mind their own business, very polite about asking when someone will be off a machine etc. There is plenty of parking but you may not get a close spot at a busy time of day. I have not joined a fitness class yet but they look like they're having a great time whenever I have passed by the room when they are happening. Overall I would recommend this gym

I was “scammed”by them! I was told I could buy a month membership during college break (a special with no annual fee) and I gave them all my information and got an email and text to sign up by midnight to get the special. I did and went to cancel after one month and was charged $143.07. OUTRAGEOUS! And I spoke to the manager who knew I had a membership at another gym (she was the one who told me of the special and who I gave all my contact info to) and that I wanted to try theirs for a month. Yes, I signed up online, responding to the email I received from Crunch Fitness. I made an error. I am 69. I asked if she could fix it, as I liked the gym and may come back after my other gym membership expired,,,,and she said NO, not to blame her!! How unprofessional.BE AWARE of them taking your money. Fine if you know,,, not OK when you are mislead!! Not OK at all!!!

This Crunch Fitness stands alone as a gym that tunes into all the details that make a great gym experience. The front desk staff is always friendly and makes sure they say hi to everyone that comes in. The training staff engages with their clients and you can tell that the relationships are beyond just a client and a trainer. The facility is also CLEAN! All the equipment, the gym floor, and the locker rooms are kept tidy and no stinky gym smells. This gym is ran the way you want it and is what you want from your fitness partner. The GM is just awesome and you know things are done right everyday! Thank you for being so excellent!!

This has been a fantastic gym and community for me for the last 2 and a half years. I have been in gyms throughout the Chittenden County area for 15 years now, and this one has the best value, equipment and community for your money. Public gyms will always have their flaws with cleanliness and busy times of the day as those parameters are member dependent. The gym is only as clean and supportive as it's members keep it. Christina and her team do outstanding work building that community of members, and mitigate those flaws with grace. If you want an affordable and well fitted gym with individuals who will greet you with a smile, this is your place.

Upon entering Crunch, I am greeted immediately by professional, supportive and friendly staff. After 40, it takes motivating, attentive, and willing staff to make every penny worth it and they have this in abundance. From front end staff like Alessandro and Kay who are welcoming and kind to knowledgeable personal trainers like Jay, Mary-Ellen, Noah, and Haley, the experience is inclusive and comfortable. Not only when I first started going in the beginning but a continuous experience of positive vibes and positive energy. It is truly a judgement-free zone for me. The whole zone is convenient, affordable, and clean. The staff stays on top of keep the space tip top. Not only do they have wonderful showers, plenty of lockers, and plenty of parking, but the equipment is well-maintained, modern, and there is enough variety to truly keep up with my exercise routines. The place never gives a vibe of being overcrowded and there is plenty of equipment for everyone. There are plenty of free weights, training area for trainers and clients, and enough cardio machines that are spatially organized. Not only have I enjoyed having a trainer who helps me increase my strength, my flexibility, and my balance but they also support my fitness goals, weight loss, and I have seen such a noticeable and real change in my overall health and wellness. With the help of my personal trainer, Mary-Ellen, the manager Christina, and all the amazing people I have met while working out, I have even noticed a change in my overall mental health. Through classes, training, and consistent support, I have found a place where I am always welcome and I come out feeling better in so many ways. Thank you to the Burlington Crunch for being my home away from home.
