Very misleading experience. Lack of transparency and integrity . Important membership fees were not properly disclosed at signup, and staff gave inaccurate information to close the sale. I froze my account, signed nothing, and was still charged for 3 months. If I wasn’t checking my bank account I would have never known.When I requested a refund, dates were disputed. Be cautious before putting your card on file.It might seem affordable but they lack integrity. Not worth the headache.

I had a really disappointing experience with Crunch Fitness not too long ago , mainly due to their poor customer service. I wasn’t able to go to the gym for personal reasons during the entire month I paid for, so I decided to cancel my membership. Each time I contacted them, I was given different information. At first, I was told I needed to come in person to cancel. I explained my situation and that I was unable to come in, especially since I hadn’t been able to use the membership at all during that month. Later, I was told over the phone that they could handle the cancellation and process the remaining payment on their end. When I called back to follow up, I was then told that the previous employee was “misinformed.” I even tried to resolve the issue via email after receiving a message from Crunch stating, “We’d love to work with you to resolve it so you can get back in the gym and crush your goals.” Despite that, there was no real effort made to help or follow through on resolving the situation. To make matters worse, when I spoke with one of the managers, they were extremely rude. No apology was given for the miscommunication, and instead they repeatedly emphasized, “I’m the manager,” rather than addressing the issue or showing any willingness to help. That was especially disappointing and unprofessional. However, I do want to acknowledge that another manager eventually stepped in after a back-and-forth with the first manager and was the only one who actually made an effort to help resolve the situation. I appreciate that they took the time to assist, but it shouldn’t have required that level of escalation to receive basic customer service. While the prices may look good, their customer service is terrible. Once you sign up, it feels like they no longer care. I understand company policies, but life happens, and there was no effort to accommodate my situation or even provide consistent, respectful communication.

I been going to this gym for a year and half now and all the doors for the showers and change rooms are broken like what is the management is doing? The only things they made the gym look different added is the crurch logos and 2 new machines since i been with the gym and they lied to me when I sign up to the best membership i would get a free gym bag and a hat they displayed it in front of everyone on a spare table and the staff is ok not very good just ok if they were more pro active cleaning or checking on the machines have a check list or something to see if they work because people don’t report it all the time then i would give them a good rating but the overnight worker is good because he was being productive cleaning up and checking on the machines

Great to have my gym back again, as I attended this facility back when it was GoodLife. The new setup and equipment brought by Crunch Fitness is top tier. Also…Big shout out to the new manager Jesse. His attention to detail with the gym and making sure equipment is in proper order will make Crunch one of the best gyms in Winnipeg. He also has an amazing level of professionalism when dealing with member issues and requests. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere of members all around.

I signed up three days ago, and my experience has been excellent so far. The registration process was quick and easy, which was a great start. The pricing is very budget-friendly, offering great value for the services provided. The gym is well-equipped with almost all the tools needed for a professional workout session, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Additionally, the changing rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I’m very satisfied and looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here!
