My experience with this company has been nothing but perfect. The person in the front is very hospitable and welcoming. She is a great “frontwoman” for the business. My car was spotlessly clean, both inside and out when I picked it up. Work completed as outlined. Would definitely contact this business for any body work and repairs in the future.

It is always a great experience at Cruisers CARSTAR. It all starts with Theresa up front who is extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming both in person and on the phone. The autobody work that was done made my suv look like new again. I also had my car detailed and it was sparkling clean. I highly recommend Cruisers.

These guys were very professional and they do everything for you from renting a vehical and getting it dropped off at the collision center..to fast service. Their work is meticulous and I was really impressed that they detailed my truck when they finished up...What a Nice touch!! Highly recommend.

We got our 2012 Fusion repaired at Cruisers last week. It was a bit of a wait to get in, but well worth it. They did a great job and quickly repaired and detailed the car. It is an older car but they made it look like new again.

I unfortunately was the victim of a pretty bad hit and run in a parking lot this summer. After exhausting all options, there were no witnesses and no video footage of the event so I was on the hook for the deductible. I have never dealt with an accident requiring repair before so didn’t know what the process was like. After taking my vehicle to SGI for appraisal I chose a body shop based solely on Google reviews as I had no prior experiences with any in town. Cruisers had great reviews and honestly they were the first to answer my phone call. They walked me through the process of booking in for the repairs, told me it’d be a few months to get the parts ordered and shipped to MJ. My car is more unusual and they don’t make Hyundai Veloster’s anymore so I’m not sure if I would have been able to get an appointment sooner if it was a more common vehicle? I booked at the end of June and got my car in Sept. 11th for reference. The receptionist at Cruisers called Enterprise for me and arranged pick up and rental for the same day. The day of, I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and waited in their very clean waiting area for my Enterprise pickup. They had coffee, water and snacks provided for customers. A nice touch! Awards for service lined their walls, the receptionist was very kind. Immediately taken to Enterprise for my rental which I had for approximately 2 weeks before receiving the call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. They did have to order an additional part which extended the time that they had my vehicle for by a few days. When I picked up my car I was ecstatic! It looked SO good. Brand new again! I was worried that my rim wouldn’t be replaced or the scratches would still be noticeable because of the material, but they completely replaced the rim and tire in addition to the beautiful bodywork. My car was returned completely detailed, I can’t overstate how perfect it looked when I got it back. Very very happy with the service at Cruisers, I recommend them to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicle. Accidents suck, even moreso when they’re not your fault but you’re on the hook for the cost of them. Cruisers simplified the process for me, pre-arranged my rental and had my car back to me in beautiful condition.
