Have been a faithful customer to Crossroads for many years for all 6 of my fur children! Dr. Warren recently went above and beyond for my girl Mishka and really took our budget into account. The front staff are lovely and caring - always calling to check in and see how my pets are doing after a recent visit. Thank you so much Crossroads!

All the staff we dealt with were so wonderful. We got the answers we needed to know to make the choices for our german shepherd Nixon, which was the worst news I wasn't prepared for that day. They were very gentle and loving with him, and made him feel comfortable and also made us feel comfortable. Thank you for helping us through an incredibly difficult time, we appreciate everything everyone did.

We have been with Crossroads since our boy Wheeler was a pup. Sadly just recently at almost 15 years old we had to make the tough decision to let him go. Our boy had a tough week leading up to this decision and I can’t say enough about the staff for always making room to get him in to be looked at. Dr. Manson did his best to try and turn Wheeler around but it was not to be. The day we made the decision Dr. Brandt was amazing guiding us through the process. The reception team was amazing as well. When I picked up his ashes today I was floored to find an incredible paw print keepsake and very nice card. It is truly heartbreaking losing a fur baby but the team at Crossroads made it a little bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! One day when we are ready to open our hearts to another fur baby we will for sure be using Crossroads.

Even with Covid 19 precautions in place, Dr. Jazmeen was still thorough, informative and took time to discuss our animals. We've been coming here over three years and are always pleased with the Vets and Support Staff. Highly recommended for all your pet's needs from beginning, and sadly, to end.
