This Crossfit Gym is the best gym in the North, Rogue eco bikes, rope climbs, plenty of space for BMU and RMU, lifting blocks bumper plates, bars are good quality. Facilities are excelent, but the people are excelenter.

I came to visit today for their bring a friend day and it was phenomenal! The trainers are fantastic! I'm a trainer myself and I know a good one when I see one, and they have several! Great instruction, great encouragement! If crossfit, or workouts in general is something you ever wanted to try I would, 10 out of 10, recommend this place!

I so love it here. In my 3 years training they've helped me go from a non gym person to someone who feels comfortable in the gym. Highly recommend for beginners or experienced people!

Such a welcoming atmosphere! I was in town visiting and popped in for a workout - it felt like I was at my home box :) Carla and steve are lovely people and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Awesome atmosphere! Went in for a Workout while in town. Very welcoming atmosphere made it feel like I was at my home gym! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town! Wish I had time for more then one workout!
