As soon as I walked through the doors I felt like I was “home” . The community in this gym is incredible*** and the coaches are a wealth of support , kindness , motivation and knowledge. 💜 I tried Cross Fit on a whim as I preferred fitness classes to hitting the gym solo and hadn’t found anything that stuck since moving to Leduc. I am 1000% hooked for life now. The classes are fun, challenging (with ways to increase/ decrease as needed) and super motivating. Thank you so much to the entire Team at CFL- so grateful to be part of the community

I started back at the gym after a long time hiatus of sitting at my desk and being about as active as a rock. Everyone at CFL made me feel welcomed and part of the community from the onset and help build my training schedule to fit my budget and time availability. The workouts can be increased or decreased in complexity and intensity to suit all fitness levels and are a great way to scratch the competitive itch that youth sports once fulfilled. This is a place for everyone, no matter the fitness and ability level.

Great atmosphere and community! Trainers are very knowledgeable and strive to accommodate every skill level. I would highly recommend coming here!! Update: It's been a great 4 years here. Over the last 2 years. I've seen huge improvement of my strength and endurance.I can't thank Kyla and Jeremi Murphy enough for everything they have done in this community. I have made lasting friendships and more new ones have developed. Everyday is a new challenging workout tailored to your fitness level. Highly recommend you come try this gym out !!

2022 - Not really sure if it’s just me but I feel like I found purpose here. At gyms I’d just hop around and do a little bit of this or that and not really feel fulfilled. Here it’s a 180. There’s pace, purpose, flexibility, lots of instruction and great feedback. Every day has me feeling excited or what’s next. Whether you’re new to exercise or experienced with a movement, the trainers seem to notice when you could benefit from a little help or leave you to it. It’s a great sense of community and a fantastic workout at the same time. Edit for 2024 - still amazing, welcoming and I basically go 5 days a week because I love it so much. The community spirit is what keeps me coming back.
