Erin at Cros was absolutely incredible! My cut, colour, and overall care were truly above and beyond my expectations. I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable in a salon before. From the moment I walked in, everyone made sure I was relaxed and had everything I needed throughout my services. Erin took the time to listen, offered thoughtful recommendations, and delivered results that I couldn’t be happier with. The attention to detail and genuine care really set this experience apart. I can’t recommend Erin and the team at Cros enough!

I love getting my hair done here. I see Jade and she is amazing. I used to see her in Abbotsford and continue to drive to Chilliwack because she is so worth it! She is also just the sweetest and makes going to the salon so fun. I have been consistently dying my hair red after coming in to Jade with dark brown box dyed hair. I have not had any damage and my hair feels and looks healthy with every colour. Love the energy and vibe of the space and that you can enjoy a latte or a glass of wine while you get your hair done.

This salon is a beautiful and elegant space with a relaxing and serene vibe plus it is sparkling clean! Nardos greeted me, hung up my coat, and brought me herbal tea, a warm cloth for my hands and some hand lotion while I waited for my stylist. She is the kindest, loveliest person ever. Erin C. has cut, colored and highlighted my hair a few times and is amazing. She has a wealth of information on cutting techniques, coloring and highlighting, and uses the healthiest and highest quality color lines. I am loving the color and highlights we chose. All the staff at this salon are genuinely friendly and attentive and I left feeling special and pampered❤️

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had. Jade is so amazing and literally made such a transformation to my hair health in 1 appointment. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I have never left a salon feeling so refreshed. It’s more than just “getting your hair done” it’s an experience that will leave you feeling so rejuvenated afterwards. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! If you’re looking for a new salon I 1000/10 recommend booking the appointment with them. You will not be disappointed 🫶🏻

Jade was very welcoming and such a great conversationalist! She really understood my request and did full justice to it. I appreciated how respectful and considerate she was throughout my visit. The salon itself is spacious, bright, and filled with natural light — with beautiful windows that let you enjoy the heart of Chilliwack while you relax. Overall, I found the pricing very reasonable, and their coffee is absolutely delicious! Looking forward to my next visit!
