I’ve had an outstanding experience at Dr. Cronin Ortho Clinic, where my 12-year-old son has been receiving orthodontic treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care he’s received. Dr. Mohymen Sarfraz has been exceptional—patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. He explains everything in a way that both parents and children can understand, which helped my son feel completely at ease throughout the process. His expertise and calm approach have made a huge difference in my son’s confidence and comfort during treatment. A huge thank-you to Jodie, the treatment coordinator, who has been amazing from day one. She guided us through the treatment plan clearly, answered every question, and always made sure we felt supported and informed. At reception, Natasha and Shel are fantastic. They’re warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. They always greet us with a smile, make scheduling simple, and go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The whole clinic runs with genuine care, professionalism, and kindness. Seeing how well my son is looked after gives me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Cronin Ortho Clinic to any parent looking for outstanding orthodontic care for their child.

The best orthodontic and patient care! They treated myself and my three daughters with some tricky situations over the last 6 years, and have given us royal treatment the entire time—and some great laughs (not to mention many little vending machine toys!) that time spanned COVID too yet! The team at reception are exceptional and have always gone the extra mile with our schedule and financials and more. And Dr Cronin, you’re a legend! So glad I’m on your photo wall, just in time for your retirement! (I hope I didn’t push you there early..!)

Cronin Ortho has been Great!! This is our 3rd kid to go here for braces and they are amazing! Our kids teeth look great! They are easy to work with, helping move appointments if necessary and very accommodating in that regard. Professional but fun! All the staff are friendly and take the time to explain where your kid is at. Highly recommended.😀😀
