We use Dr Singh for everything. Very impressed with his help preparing documents for pet travel. Our dog has needed two knee operations which we did at this Creekside office and they took care of our insurance claim as well. I would recommend this clinic for everything. Very happy.

I was so scared to bring my cat in because he had not been to the vet in a very long time. I was afraid of getting shamed and told I needed a long list of things. The vet was straight to the point, didn’t waste any time. Very kind and understanding. Reception and staff were amazing and so very kind. I did not get pressured into buying or getting anything extra. I wasn’t pressured into getting any unnecessary treatments. The vet was very honest and kind. I will always take my pets here from now on. The vet even offered for me to call anytime if I have any questions and was very knowledgeable. I am very grateful.

We brought our dog in to have a cracked nail looked at. We initially came in for a simple nail trim and were told the vet had to do an exam, which was quoted at $60. Shortly after, we were told our dog would need to be sedated and have the nail fully removed, with a quoted cost of $680. The nail may have been cracked for a few days already and was not bleeding, not infected, and not bothering him at all. Because of this, the recommendation felt extremely excessive. Given that it was New Year’s Day and one of the only clinics open, it honestly felt like we were being taken advantage of. Dr. Navdeep Singh was very cold and not personable. The interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, and it seemed like scare tactics were being used to push us into an unnecessary procedure. We trusted our gut and declined, asking instead for the broken part of the nail to simply be clipped so we could follow up with our regular vet when they reopened. After seeing our regular vet, we were advised that they would not have removed the nail after examining it and that the proper course was simply to keep it clean and dry. This further confirmed that the initial recommendation was unnecessary. We were also told it would be $40 just to bandage the nail, which felt unreasonable for something so basic. At that point, it really seemed like every small step came with an added charge, and it gave the impression that the focus was more on making money than providing appropriate care. After leaving, we reviewed the bill and saw we were charged $110 total — $80 for the visit and $25 for a nail trim — which did not align with what we were initially told. At that point we just wanted to leave, but we will be calling to speak with management. Overall, the experience felt cold, overpriced, and pressured, and we left feeling uneasy rather than reassured about our dog’s care. I would not recommend this clinic. Clinic response: “All this commotion to obtain a small refund…” I appreciate the quick reply and proposed solution. However, this was never about the amount. It was about transparency, being quoted one price and charged another, and being pushed toward an unnecessary procedure. This response speaks volumes about the level of care and service provided.
