This dentist is average for cleaning! I wasn’t impressed with the service and my mouth hurt for a whole week after my cleaning was done. I’ve received better polishes from my at home toothbrush. To top it all off during my appointment the front desk tried to pressure me into signing off on receiving spam mail from them. As part of new government legislation, a signature was required to be on their mailing list. As a private person who doesn’t go to the dentist more than I need to due to budget restrictions, I was adamant I didn’t want to be emailed and called every three months for checkups. A couple of weeks after my appointment I received my first email. I was upset but figured it was a mistake and unsubscribed from the mailing list. Or so I thought. I then received another email for a promotion they were running a few weeks later. Fed up, I called the clinic and got an ai assistant who couldn’t process my request. I called again and finally reached someone called Hailey, but even two sentences in to telling her what I was calling about she hung up. I called back and led with my complaint as to the point as I could and the same receptionist finally listened to me. I also told her she’d just hung up on me, which she denied. She apologized for me being put on the mailing list accidentally and said she removed me. With the history of bad customer service and a complete disregard for my privacy that I’ve experienced, I’m doubtful that I won’t be further harassed by useless promotional emails that should be illegal to send to me. Don’t come here if you value your privacy and for the level of service you get, there are other dentists you can go to that will hopefully treat you like a human being. In 2026 I had hoped for better.

I’ve been going to Creekside Dental Clinic for over 10 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The entire team is professional, friendly, and consistently provides excellent care. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments always run smoothly. After more than a decade as a patient, I can confidently say their quality of care has remained outstanding. I’m very grateful to have such a reliable and trustworthy dental team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental clinic!

Dr. Reddy and her team are fantastic! I recently had fillings done and was in and out of the clinic within an hour, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I’ve also had cleanings here, and they are always gentle yet very thorough. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Creekside Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I have been a patient at Creekside Dental for almost 10 years, Dr. V and Dr. sunny is my favorite Dr. and now my kids also come here for their checkups. The hygienist, Nicolle, is one of the nicest, most patient, and best-communicating professionals I have ever met. My child is very shy, but he was able to finish the cleaning with her and stayed calm and happy the entire time. We truly appreciate her care and kindness.

Great, friendly dentists and hygienists. The biggest issue is that they purposely try to charge you as much as possible. If other clinics require one appointment, this dental office makes you book 3. They work slowly and purposely try to make you come again and split up your cleanings and fillings. Other clinics also recommend you come every 6 months, but these ones made it look like you urgently need one every 4 months. I would recommend you avoid this dental clinic unless you’ve compared the prices to other clinics in the area, as you will probably get a better deal there.
