I can't even express how amazing this shop was to me. My car was fixed VERY quickly, and very thoughtfully! From the estimate to the cleaning before I received my car you can tell they treat your property as their own. Definitely the only shop I'll be coming to for any future car repairs! (Hopefully none lol 👀) Thanks for saving my goober! 🩶 and a huge thanks to Ross!

We had a great experience with Craftsman Collision! Paul, Norma, Ross & Ashley greeted us first when we came to inquire about a private quote. They are so knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process and what it looks like to connect with insurance and the process went exactly as they said. Smooth, easy, no surprises just a great repair and it literally looks like nothing happened when they were finished with it! The paint matched perfectly (every layer!) and we were just blown away in a great way to the service, friendliness, professionalism and final product!! Highly recommend - even just give them a call and they can clarify any QU's you have for sure :)

I brought my finicky little car here after damaging it on a curb. I chose them after reading the reviews and was lucky enough that they could get me in fairly fast for estimate and then fairly soon after for actual repair work. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I'm not in shops very often but I would like to note they were way better for quality and customer service than the place I went to years ago for another vehicle. Doug and his team are definitely people I would come back to next time if another unfortunate vehicle body repair is needed.Hopefully not, but at least I know who to call 1st if needed. Thanks CC team!
