Extremely professional and friendly staff. I had the details of the claim and repair procedures explained, got a curtesy car offered and promised the whole thing will be done in timely manner. In the meantime I got text messages updating me about the repair process and asking if I have any questions. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations, the car was also vacuumed inside and washed outside. I will not hesitate to recommend the Scott Road location repair center in the future.

I had a great experience with this shop. The staff are very kind, humble, and straightforward. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and had my Honda Civic ready right on the promised date. If you visit, ask for Anas,he explains everything clearly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!

When I picked up my car, I was surprised looking at my car. The repairs were flawless. You’d never know there had been any damage at all. The paint matched perfectly, and the detailing work made my car look showroom new. They clearly take great pride in their craftsmanship.

I have dealt with this auto repair shop many times in the past. I have seen over the years how their 5 star 🌟 rating has slid down to even below 1 star. It is sad to see lack of oversight by the superiors. My last experience was awful. For a hit and run repair, they changed a fender and upon pickup, I noticed that a bolt was missing. They replaced it instantly. A month or so later, my vehicle died on the road and was towed by BCAA to a repair shop. They discovered that a grounding wire was partially covered with masking tape, causing a loss of power to power steering and ABS Brakes. The shop failed to remove the tape when putting parts back. Luckily, this happened on a smaller road as this could have been catastrophic. The auto repair repair shop where my vehicle was towed to removed the tape and the issue resolved. The diagnostic and repairs was very expensive, but my insurance refunded my money. This is a poor quality work from this particular Craftsman & Collison shop. I am not sure if there is a supervisor who has oversight of work being done , otherwise, this sort of negligence should have been caught with a good quality control process in place. As of today, I have had no call from shop manager to apologize for their mistake and the inconvenience to us. It seems that they don't care about their customers. I wish I could have given a zero star instead of the 1 given. At one time, I would have recommended this shop to anyone, but not anymore. Sorry you have lost my trust.
