Charged me $100 to do a rock chip on my windshield knowing that it would not be fixed. Next day called back. Asked me to come back in to do it again for another $100. Went to 3 other shower who stated that it was not a repairable chip and no one should have touched it. Was a chip on the edge of the windshield. Will never go to another crackmaster ever again

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my car worked on. When I got home and looked at the job I found black adhesive caulking on the hood, front fenders, side windows, roof and interior pillar posts. I cleaned this off but what a mess. The interior fabric on the pillar posts were damaged from the saw that they used and has black caulking stains so now I have to replace these pieces. The black caulking was applied too thick so now it squishes out so now it is visible from the inside. This looks so unprofessional!! I get no answer when I call this business to talk to them about it and my messages are not returned. I will make sure to tell everyone possible about getting ripped off. Now I have the cost of taking this windshield out and getting one installed properly and replacing the pillar post coverings not to mention the time. I'm upset!!

I would highly recommend Crackmasters! Got my windshield replaced ...didn't even need it to be recalibrated for lane assist- the extra 130+ anywhere else! Very accommodating to drop off and pick up times, cheaper than the competition and stellar work! No complaints at all. Owner is very open and honest,very professional. The location is not very typical but very clean and organized!! Give them a try ...you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service with the lowest price I could find after calling around. They even took me home and dropped off my car for me after it was done. I'm a very happy customer! Highly recommended

Awesome service! Got me in within 2 days, offered the lowest price from the places i called, and even dropped and picked me up from my place so i didnt needa wait for the work to be completed!
