What outstanding service! We were camped in the area and had an unexpected emergency with our Escape travel trailer. We visited Jim and his staff and found them friendly and welcoming. They listened to our tale of woe... and suggested possible DIY solutions and then re-arranged their schedule to provide on site service the next morning should the DIY suggestions not solve our issues. They followed up the next morning just to make sure we were okay. Then went so far as to suggest an RV repair facility in our hometown that they had full confidence in should we need it. This is the kind of service that makes a business successful. Thank you Jim and your staff. This company receives our most thankful and highest recommendation.

We had a problem with our 12 volt house power supply and needed repair as we passed thru Courtney. Jim did a great job of fitting us in quickly and the tech that did the repairs was great. In 10 years of traveling this was the best service I have found. Excellent work , quality parts and fair pricing. Job well done.

We were leaving Hornby Island to continue our holiday up to Port Hardy and noticed our 7 Prong plug had been pinched and damaged and our brake lights were not working. On the ferry I called this business to see if they could help us. On arriving they fit our repair in despite being extremely busy and got us on our way in about an hour. Very friendly, helpful and know their trade!

Fantastic service here. Mike and his team were really able to help me out when I was in a tight situation. I needed a few repairs and was travelling between campsites and called as I was leaving one site and heading for the next. I needed a work done on my power awning, and also my jack. They moved a few things around and were able to squeeze me in within an hour of my call and got both jobs done in about an hour. When I arrived to pick up the trailer It was pretty clear that they were quite busy with RVs all over the place and being moved in and out of thier shop. I was very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice while I was on the move, provide quality work and at a very reasonable price. I was also impressed with the amount of parts and inventory on hand. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Courtney RV Specialists.
