Outstanding Service and Professionalism! Kathy (at the front desk) was always a pleasure to speak with—friendly, helpful, and professional. James and the entire team at Courtenay Collision went above and beyond with their service. They were honest, trustworthy, and completed the necessary repairs on our vehicle with true professionalism. UPDATE: I had a second incident that was repaired at Courtenay Collision, and for the second time I had simply incredible service. Their customer service is the best I have ever received - of any business in this area. Their body work is impeccable, the courtesy car was excellent, and they are extremely nice to deal with. Contender for the Excellence in Business award. Thank you! Had to get a side mirror replaced through ICBC. Courtenay Collision saved me money on my deductible, the work was carried out quickly, the customer service was top notch, and they cleaned my car inside and out - and supplied a snack! What more can a guy ask for?! Absolutely excellent at all times. Thank you.

Courtenay Collision did a great job on my 2018 F150. It has an aluminum body and is painted in Ruby Red Metallic tri-coat, which is a tough paint to match, but they did it perfectly. Very happy with the work they did replacing the right side of my truck bed / rear fender. Friendly service, and a pack of cookies at the end, too!
