This was my second time coming here and once again the service was excellent. The staff are honest, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price. I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will continue coming back myself.

My husband posted the original review about our experience. I was the one spoken to in person, and I want to add context after seeing the owner’s public response. We brought our vehicle in asking for a repair. After the work was done, the issue was still present. When we returned, we were not offered a correction—only told that we should replace another part at additional cost. What is most disappointing is the owner’s response to my husband’s review. Insulting a customer and questioning their intelligence publicly is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. That response does not reflect respectful or honest customer service. The owner also stated that the wire we provided was the wrong gauge. If that was the case, we would have expected a licensed mechanic to identify that before installation and advise us accordingly, rather than installing it and then blaming the customer afterward when issues arose. We are sharing this experience so others are aware of both the unresolved repair and how customers are treated when they raise concerns. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this shop and choosing a more reliable business that respects its customers and does not rush jobs just to take on more work.

Excellent service, very professional. Very good diagnostic and inspection. Fair price and prompt solution. The staff is friendly, very quick response over the phone or by email. Clear and neat quotes, and invoices. I strongly recommend them.

I recently had my car serviced at this shop, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any auto repair place. From start to finish, everything was handled with honesty, professionalism, and care. When I first arrived, Sarika was at the front desk, and she was incredibly helpful. She took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, gave me an estimate upfront, and made sure I understood everything before any work started. Her friendly attitude and clear communication really made a great first impression. After that, Hardik personally checked my car and explained what the actual issue was in detail. He didn’t rush through anything — instead, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the repair process. TJ also helped out and gave me great advice about how to maintain my car going forward, which I truly appreciated. The work was completed quickly, the pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises at all. My car now runs perfectly, and I can genuinely feel the difference in how smooth it drives.
