Book for eyebrows waxing and that's what happened to me! First, during my eyebrow waxing appointment on Valentine’s Day, the staff member burned the skin on my forehead. The burn was severe enough that I had to cancel my Valentine’s evening plans. The pain and burning sensation lasted more than 12 hours, and the wound was considered open and irritated. I even had to take days off work because of the discomfort. To this day, there is still a visible mark left on my face. To anyone might think bc of my skin, my dont use any retinol or treatment products except face moisturizer. Second, I was extremely concerned about hygiene. When I asked her to remove the product applied to my skin, she used a cotton pad and dried it by pressing it against the edge of the sink — which was visibly covered with hair and other debris. I saw it clearly. This makes me question what tools or materials were used while my eyes were closed during the waxing process. Third, when I contacted management to file a complaint, I agreed to their request for a 100% refund. However, it took 7 DAYS for them to respond to my email. Then they required me to physically return to the salon to receive the refund of $24.76 - the same service that caused a burn on my face. They offered that I could bring the card used for payment, but my friend paid for the service and he does not work in town. And they said cannot issue an e-transfer because it is against policy, then maybe there should also be a policy said DO NOT BURNING CLIENT'S SKIN! Sometimes being flexible is the best way to fix your mistakes. After waiting and waiting, all I received was a simple “sorry.” This is by far the most terrible service I have experienced in Prince George. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had such a good experience with Zoe! She saved my orange hair and made me blonde again and made the appointment comfortable! I would 10/10 recommend this salon for any of your hair needs 😇

I recently had a facial service at this place, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. My face became really fluffy and irritated afterward, with a burning sensation and intense redness. I suspect I had an allergic reaction to one of the products used during the facial. To make matters worse, I visited the salon the next day to express my concerns, but they didn't take me seriously. Their dismissive attitude only added to my disappointment. I cannot recommend this place, especially if you have sensitive skin or expect any level of customer care.
