I had an extremely disappointing experience with Core HVAC. My air conditioning stopped working, and when I called them, they put me on a waiting list without providing any estimate of how long it would take for them to come out. After waiting a couple of days in the summer heat, I called again to check my position in the queue, but they still couldn't give me any idea of when they might be able to help. When I asked for a rough timeframe—whether they would come this week, this month, or even next month—they couldn't provide any information. The front desk receptionist also discouraged me from calling to ask for updates. After a few more hot days with no communication from them, I canceled my appointment and went with a reliable contractor from Home Depot. I do not recommend Core HVAC to anyone. The lack of communication and inability to provide even a rough estimate of service time was unacceptable.

Nothing but a dog and pony show,rude to talk to,do not return phone calls and sketchy work charged out at premium rate. Would not let them plumb an outhouse for Me,probably take forever and still wouldn't work.

I cannot say enough good about the Core HVAC Services team!! They are super professional and responsive, with integrity plus. I had a AC warranty issue that the original installer was not interested in helping or intervening. Neil stepped in and has gone above and beyond to help me reach the manufacturer for warranty, even though Core HVAC did not do the install. I would give them more stars if I could.

My air conditioner wasn’t running properly so I had another company come out and have a look at it. They told me the unit needed to be replaced and would cost between $5000-$6000 so I called Core for a second opinion. Tyler cleaned my air conditioner and added some refrigerant and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Thanks for the fantastic service

Talk about not taking responsibility. These jokers sent someone to install a heater cooling unit. It took over 50 days during the cold snap. Then when summer came and we ran the AC ....the condensation tube wasn't hooked up properly and flooded the carpet. Its been 2 weeks and I've been told someone will deal with it....no call backs and blaming everyone else but their own incompetence. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who takes responsibility for the damage they cause and will remedy their mistakes instead of trying to blame everyone else. Poor customer service indeed
