I have used this body shop on 3 different occasions for 2 different vehicles. I have got to say that all 3 times, I was impressed by the quality work they put into repairing my vehicles. The repainting and blending work they did was impeccable, especially the colour matching. In addition, they went above and beyond and took into consideration any specific requests I had about my repairs. Also, unlike other shops, they were able to source OEM Toyota/Lexus body parts for both my vehicles. Ray is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and was even able to recommend a colleague of his for a type of repair that his shop doesn't do. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to get body work done, through insurance, or privately.

A wise person would learn from my mistake coming to this workshop! My car initial repair was poor because they cut as many corners as possible and they had to redo the whole job again, but they still failed to repair the car as per acceptable standards.The estimator at ICBC also confirm that the job was not completed properly and up to standard. The pictures show how they filled a dent with filler and not able to make it flush, in addition to painting the WHOLE side of the car THREE times “because they wanted to match the color”!!! If you like to gamble when choosing a repair shop, you can expect in this garage what happened to me: Paint blemishes, dust under paint, paint color not matching, doors chrome trim bent, driver seat had paint stains, rear left door weather strip loose and worst of all a quarter panel that is filled with filler instead of rolled out or cut out and replaced. I got a magnet test pen and was shocked to see it failed where the dent was. You do not want to apply a thick layer of body filler as the repair will not last as long. Eventually the filler will shrink and possibly crack, or even pop off! Now I have to find another workshop to redo the repair after the disrespectful and unprofessional owner fought with me, belittled me, threatened me to involve lawyers when I rejected their repair results!!!

I had an amazing experience with Coquitlam Express Auto Body on my Range Rover Sport Autobiography. First time using them and knock on wood I don’t need them again for damages but if I ever do I’m only coming back here. I had a very small job, someone stole the spare key access cover from my vehicle while trying to break in. They ordered the part in 2 days and paint matched it perfectly. That was the easy part, why I’m writing this review is the customer service which most every Autobody shop I’ve dealt with in my lifetime prior misses. From the first day I called to get an estimate/make an appointment the receptionist was very polite and professional. She said they would check something for me and call back in an hour and they did. It’s the timely follow up piece which most places don’t consider and often miss but goes a long way for me in professionalism. When I went in for my appointment all the staff from receptionists to technicians in the front office were all friendly and attentive to me and other customers. It’s the experience as a whole I am happy with. I had become use to unprofessional and angry attitudes from autobody and automotive shops in general over the years which seem like they are doing you a favour to work on your vehicle instead of treating the customer with some respect and kindness for their business. Thanks for caring and you’ve got a customer for life! I’ll be sure to recommend you to family and friends and for any of my autobody needs. I searched body shop near me and found coquitlam Express auto body. I work on weekdays so I had to find where opens on weekends. I found here (close from my house) went here talk to Connie, she knows how to treat customers. Cuz I told her I'm a picky person and she was able to answer all my questions and knows what I want. My appointment was on this morning, dropped my vehicle, and one person from shop drove me to work(close from bodyshop) with his own vehicle.(I guess all courtesy vehicles were out). After i got to work I wanted to make sure she remembers our conversation and she did note it down. After I finish work, went to body shop to pick up my vehicle, color and condition was 10/10. !! I am willing to go back to get my car fixed(if I get an accident) and willing to refer my friends to get their car fixed when they need body work.!! Good pricing good quality prefect customer service!!!!!! I will upload after pics later tonight

Best Experience Ever! Connie and her mechanics are very friendly and helpful. Pricing is great and the repairing speed is mind blowing! I drove my car there on Monday afternoon and Connie phoned me said it's all done on Wednesday morning. I'm happy with the paint job too (see photos). Highly recommend!
