On Thursday last week we were travelling to 70 Mile and I noticed that one of our dogs had swelling on their face, being a new rescue dog to us I was concerned. We looked for a veterinary clinic and Hope was the closet town and we ended up here. The staff were so kind and the veterinary dr ended her lunch early to see our doggo. I can't say enough good things about this vet clinic.

Reception, Lab Techs, Doctors have all been very kind and helpful when I've brought my sassy senior kitty here. They also care to the extent that I received a follow up call on my kitty to check in which was so supportive. Great inter communication with other clinics to receive past records for continuing care. They sell probiotics and a wide variety of food products too. Highly recommend this practice for your fur kids!

I recently moved to Canada from the UK and amongst all of the chaos I lost track of my dogs vaccination card. I emailed them all of his medical history and they efficiently went through everything and started a new vaccination card and got him back up to date with everything and put my mind at ease. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Willing to spend extra time and effort with your questions and provide reasonable treatments. Doesn’t charge for unnecessary procedures etc

My cat Dolly says they were awesome! She said she felt comfortable enough to jump on everyones shoulders and she's a lot happier since she's back to her normal self. Dolly highly recommends this place.
