I had a bit of a bumpy start. I had just relocated to the area. However, after meeting and working with Dr. Efobi I am thrilled. I have been dealing with multiple health issues and being dismissed in the past. Dr Efobi LISTENS. I appreciate no nonsense , straight forward people. She has done more in the last month than the last 3 years with prior physicians. Thank you Dr. Efobi! Xx❤️

I visited Coopers Clinic twice for my ear examination and had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Odigie. On my second visit, I clearly explained that I was in pain and losing sleep due to the issue. Despite this, my concerns were dismissed by prescribing ear wax removal oil which I was already using for a week After waiting for over an hour (as I did on my previous visit as well), Dr. Odigie told me he was busy ,asking me to book another appointment the following week instead. This was extremely frustrating, especially given the pain I was in and the long wait time for the second time . I understand clinics can be busy, but dismissing a patient who is clearly in discomfort after such a long wait shows a lack of empathy and professionalism.

Went in for a driving medical. I guess for a cognitive function test he had me recite spellings forward and backward of words he didn't know how to spell. Like "World". Plus he didn't fill out the form properly and I had to go back after driving across town to the registry when they refused it. Plus the $150 is on the higher side of driving medicals. So I won't be returning here. There's much better options with doctors who know what they are doing. The two girls that were upfront were both great. Too bad the back is incompetent.

I had a very disappointing experience today with Dr. Osamuyimen Odigie. He is not my regular family doctor, but he was the only one available, so I agreed to see him. As soon as he walked into the room, the first thing he said to me was, “I hope you don’t bang the door on me like you did last time,” which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. For context, during my previous visit with him, I was frustrated because he wouldn’t help with a simple prescription and kept repeating the same thing instead of addressing my concern. I left the room, but I absolutely did not bang the door. This visit was no better. He didn’t listen to my concerns at all. He kept bringing up the previous visit instead of focusing on why I was there today. Then he said, “I don’t know why they scheduled you with me. I should’ve left a note that I never want to see you again,” and walked out. He even repeated the same thing loudly to the receptionist. I took time off work for this appointment, and to be met with this kind of hostility and refusal to engage was shocking. Very unprofessional behaviour. The rest of the clinic staff have always been great, but my experience with Dr. Odigie was unacceptable.

Always willing to take the time to listen and offer advice. She is genuinely interested in your health as well as mental health. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares her knowledge with new interns. We are very fortunate to have her as our doctor
