I have been in out the dentist my entire life. I travel for work, and needed some work done promptly. I was greeted, sat in the chair and the staff did the work. For me personally, I have always been a bit nervous at the dentist. Especially when it comes to local anesthetic. The Dental assistant, kept me calm by using relaxing techniques. The procedure for the replacement crown could have not went better. From the moment I entered the building, to the time I left. By far the best dental experience I have had in my adult life. I am extremely grateful to have had this experience. Thanks again!

I had a really disappointing experience at Cool Dental in Lethbridge South, and it had nothing to do with the dentists themselves but with the front desk service. On my most recent visit, I was greeted by the older woman with short hair working at reception, and instead of being welcoming, she was shockingly rude and dismissive. From the very beginning, her tone came across as impatient and unprofessional, and when I asked a couple of simple questions about billing, she cut me off and made me feel like I was bothering her. The atmosphere in a dental office should feel supportive and reassuring, especially since most people are already nervous going in. Unfortunately, the unkind attitude at the front desk really set a negative tone for the entire visit. It didn’t feel like she cared about customer service or basic courtesy at all, which is surprising for a place where first impressions matter so much. Cool Dental may provide good dental care, but the first point of contact is just as important. The lack of respect and professionalism from the receptionist was enough to make me rethink ever coming back.

When I was there, they brought up a number of urgent sounding concerns that my previous dentist had not mentioned. I went for a second opinion and my new dentist said that several of the issues brought up at Cool Dental were very minor and not emergencies. For example Cool Dental said I had tooth that looked like it needed an emergency root canal but I had two other dentists look at it and they both said no root canal was needed. I needed several crowns and was able to get them in gold for less than Cool Dental quoted me in porcelain. I found their process pushy and left me feeling like a used car office, not a medical professional office.I will not be returning.

We were looking for a new dentist as we just got to the area. Called the office from a referral and got the rudest woman named Jill, she was so condescending it got to the point I asked for her boss…that woman was even worse. I heard such great things about this dentist but if he lets people like that run his front office, I wouldn't imagine it will be for very long. Donna calls herself the Office Manager but I have never met anyone who treats potential patients like that. just sad! *** Since I can't reply to the owners review, I will add it here. We moved to Varsity Village in West Lethbridge so my phone number is a 403 number now. I am happy to call to speak with the owner but refuse to talk to the Office Manager again.***

We had a mouth related emergency with our 3 year old son. We weren't sure what to do due to the nature of the injury. The emergency occurred during the Reading Week and many other dental offices were closed. I called Cool Dental and Linda answered the phone. She consulted with Doctor Lachman and they recommended we go to the emergency room at the hospital. This turned out to be the right move for our little guy. He is stitched up and back to his normal self. We have not used the services of Cool Dental yet but we had such a good experience with the friendliness of the staff and the wisdom that they offered. We would highly recommend them to anyone based on their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Cool Dental!!!
