I had my Lumby appointment with Brodie Couch on October 16, 2020 after months of irritating, uncomfortable, often painful and limiting pain in my lower rib/chest area. A previous CT Scan from my family Dr. had ruled out any internal organ issues or disease. After reviewing my history and clarifying interview Brodie suggested 5-8 stretching exercises which he demonstrated and had me try at the time and recommended I do daily. He also sent me a follow-up email detailing and explaining the exercises with videos. After only three days of his suggested exercise routine I noticed a notable change and in a week I was pain free. This after only one appointment! I would definitely recommend Brodie. He was attentive, listened, professional, caring and his advice addressed my issues perfectly. Thank you Brodie. Being pain free is sweet!

Bridy is very friendly & knowledgeable. Good information & excellent physio. I always feel much better physically & mentally. I tore my Achilles tendon & Brodie supplid me with the top exercise program.

Brodie is always very good at finding the sore spots and working with them. I always feel better after having a session with Brodie. He is careful not cause too much pain during a session. Thank you, Brodie!
