From the start (sending an email at 8:30 pm the night before), to the finish (paying the invoice), the transaction was smooth and easy. This was the ONLY plumber willing to get the job done quickly, without a surcharge (I reached out to 3). They arrived on time the next day and replaced the leaking interior/exterior pipes so we had water again (our external pipe had begun leaking). Lorne did a great job - secured pipes better then they were, installed a replacement regulator, copper pipes, valves, outer sheath and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the time he was here. He swapped shoes to come into the house (so clay soil wasn't being tracked) and answered all of my questions. All round great experience and the work done was top notch (can plumbing look sexy?) and affordable. Thank you to the Concept team for giving us water to house again!

I have worked with Concept Plumbing many times for my own personal homes as well as the home of my clients in Abbotsford British Columbia. The service is great, quality of work is great, and communication is great. And they have great people from the tradesperson on site to the receptionist in the office. Excellent, very quick and professional service . I had a leaking kitchen sink under mount, seal was gone and had our garburator removed . Also added a clean out. Very happy with Concept Mechanical Group and highly recommend.
