Dave and his team at Compass recently replaced our 20-year-old Generac generator with a new 14 KW unit. Every step of the way from initial discussions through final installation went exceptionally well. Their assessment of the problems with our old generator was thorough and more informative than that of the company that had serviced the old unit over the years. Their quote for the new unit was significantly less than others we secured as well as more complete. Compass took the time to fully assess the condition of our transfer switch and its compatibility with the newer unit. The installation of the new generator was timely and went surprisingly smoothly given the terrain between our driveway and the generator location. Finally, the pipefitter Compass used made an exceptionally clean and sturdy connection to the new generator, and the crew took away the old generator for disposal. We could not be happier with their service and that sentiment was reinforced a few weeks later when the 100-amp breaker to our hydronic heating system failed. Compass came early the next morning to replace the overheated breaker, quick service much appreciated on a cold winter day. Compass is now our choice for not only generator service but also routine electrical work.

Compass Electric did a fine job of servicing our Generac. The amount of paperwork necessary and a poor online payment system is the only negative. They showed up on time too.
