I am writing this review on the behalf of my dog George, he would like to give five paw thumbs up for all the excellent care and love, he received from the wonderful staffs of comfort and care during the last 4 years and he is looking forward to many more of it! special thank woof shout out to Dr. Machine and RVT Aleta! I like to thank everyone also, you guys truly care and are all awesome!

I started taking our pups to comfort and care last fall . I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff . Dr Warner is warm and caring with a good bedside manner . I’ve only had phone interactions with Dr Machine regarding a recent procedure one or dogs had but she was great . Friendly and not rushed , she genuinely cares for the animals. I’m so happy I found this team . Thanks Comfort and Card

Dr Machine is the best vet I've ever been lucky enough to have for my dog. She treats all her patients with so much love as if they were her own, and she does a great job explaining everything to you and always has your pets well being as #1 priority. We love her more holistic and reasonable approach. I can't brag about her enough and I recommend her to all my friends.

I’ve been working with Dr. Warner for nearly two months after my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. The start wasn’t easy—twice-daily insulin injections and paw-prick glucose checks were time-consuming and stressful, especially when his levels weren’t stabilizing. Dr. Warner has been incredibly supportive, offering close guidance, regular follow-ups, and warm encouragement that I’m doing a great job. She truly listens, welcomes every question, and provides clear, detailed answers—everything you’d hope for in a vet caring for your fur baby. The staff are also consistently welcoming and kind at every visit. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jin was truly incredible — the best vet we’ve ever met in Canada. 😍 From start to finish, our visit was nothing short of perfect. Everyone at the clinic was so warm and caring, and they treated our dog Charlie with such love and gentleness. You could tell right away how much the whole team adored him. The assistant and front desk staff were just as wonderful, making the whole experience even more comfortable. We left feeling completely at ease, knowing Charlie was in the best hands. This is without a doubt the only vet clinic we’ll trust from now on!
