Rude staff memeber. Will never return. I have been using this nail bar for years and never any others as I like how good they are at doing my nails and the staff are all nice apart from the young girl. This memeber of staff not the main one who is always been there the younger one. Not nice at all asks if your nails are ok and if you ask for a slight bit to be fixed she Huffs and puffs. Grabs your hands and taps your legs when getting your toes done instead of speaking to you. Went to pay and she took my loyalty card which still had few spaces left flung it under the counter and then walked away. Had to ask another member of staff how much I was to pay as I always bank transfer. Very sad day that you feel angry leaving a place you have just paid for a service. Have given 3 stars as prior to today's experience my nails have always been great and last a long time ,if it was based on today's experience would have gave 1.

I have been using this nail bar since it opened and a previous one with the same staff, always friendly, professional and do an excellent job. The best nail bar locally. They will always squeeze you in if you don't have an appointment. The range of colours and treatments are excellent.
