This was a very frustrating experience. Despite arriving earlier, they repeatedly served people who came after us. The same thing also happened to my daughter while we were waiting. Customers should be served in the order they arrive, so this felt very unfair and unprofessional. I hope the salon improves how they manage their waiting list in the future.

I recently got my nails done here, and unfortunately I’m not happy with the experience. The technician was very fast, and I didn’t get what I asked for or wanted. Since the appointment, my cuticles have been in really bad pain and feel sore and irritated. I was expecting more care and attention to detail. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future clients.

Bobo at colors is an absolute gem of a human. Not only did she take extreme precaution taking off my acrylics and gave me an incredible manicure, massage included but she also gave me an abundance of general tips to care for my nails and even poor circulation in my hands. I’ve tried her tip of soaking my hands in ginger water and my hands have so much more warmth. She also offered me a new service they’re providing which is a 20 minute head massage and it was absolutely incredible. I will never go anywhere else. Way to go Bobo!!!! Ps. My nails look rough because I had acrylics so it’s expected but check out my lack of cuticles.

I went for a walk in appointment and had to wait 40 mins but it was worth it. The ladies here are friendly and I found that once I was in the chair the nail tech who helped me was very quick!
