Had a hair appointment yesterday morning around 9:45AM for my 4-year old daughter, a trim on her hair and bangs. The hair stylist washed & shampooed her hair but afterwards, my kid's whole back was so wet that she had to put her shirt in the dryer. I thought all was good after the appointment, she braided my kid's hair after the haircut. What I noticed though was she never used hair clippers to properly cut the hair nor did she use a blower to dry my kid's hair afterwards. She just braided the wet hair. Now the worse thing, when I was brushing my kid's hair before bed, we noticed her bangs were not cut properly. There were still longer hair bangs. We took pictures as proof and since the salon is closed today, Sunday, I had to cut those longer hair bangs. It was disappointing especially she charged us $10 more than the other salons that we had went to in the past.

I went in this past Saturday. I specifically asked for a trim and only to take off what was needed as I did appreciate the length of my hair. I did have very long hair up to this appointment where it was nearly butt length. Before the stylist began cutting, she showed me on my hair what would be cut and I agreed as it only appeared to be 1 1/2-2”. Then she began chopping away. I did mention that it looked like she was cutting a lot and her response was “she could cut off more” which I declined, so I’m not sure if she was aware of my concern, but I did mention before she began cutting my desire to keep my length as much as I could. My hair is now bra strap length and easily 4-6” was taken off. I am quite devastated with the whole experience and am quite saddened my hair is now as short as it is.

Natasha is the absolute BEST!!🫶🏼 I just let her do her magic and not once have I had an issue! In fact, I always feel like a princess when I leave the salon! Finally found my life long stylist!🤗 See you soon!

Genie is a genius! She was super friendly and I really appreciate her taking the time to explain to me how to treat my hair… will definitely go back :)
